Jet Set Spins app for UK players: install routes, bonus terms and support
Jet Set Spins offers free apps for Android and iPhone, both on version 4.8.2 at 67 MB, and a browser version that needs 0 MB and works in Chrome or Safari, so a phone is covered whichever route you pick. As an independent guide rather than the operator, we set out the installation routes, work through the welcome bonus as it applies in the app and finish with the support hours. Some links on our pages may be commercial (affiliate) links, and the casino's own support team handles accounts and payments.
RegisterGetting Jet Set Spins onto a phone
On iPhone the app comes from the App Store, and on Android from Google Play. One set of credentials, your registered e-mail address and password, opens the site, the app and the browser version, so nothing needs a second sign-up. We compare the routes by what each one asks of the phone, and the app sends alerts about new offers and account events.

Worked sums for the welcome bonus in the app
The offer matches 106% of the first deposit up to £1,050 with 43× wagering counted on the bonus, and 36 days to clear from credit. A deposit of at least £20 is needed, and the offer must be chosen at the cashier. The slot stake limit is £5 for ages 25 and over and £2 for ages 18 to 24, so we also count how many stakes at each limit the wagering amounts to.
Deposit | Bonus | Wagering at 43× |
|---|---|---|
£75 | £79.50 | £3,418.50 |
£300 | £318 | £13,674 |
£800 | £848 | £36,464 |
Deposit | Stakes at the £5 limit | Stakes at the £2 limit |
|---|---|---|
£75 | about 684 | about 1,709 |
£300 | about 2,735 | 6,837 |
£800 | about 7,293 | 18,232 |
What the published durations mean for the first cash-out
Take a hypothetical £200 deposit with the offer chosen. Our table sets the operator's published durations against it, and bonus progress made in the app carries over to the browser version with the same balance.
Situation | Published duration | Outcome |
|---|---|---|
Bonus credited | 36 days from credit | The clock starts at credit, not at the first spin |
Wagering unfinished when the 36 days end | 36 days from credit | The bonus and winnings from it are removed |
Wagering finished, withdrawal of £500 requested | Documents checked in about 23 hours | The request waits for the check |
Same request once the check is done | Payout in 29 minutes on average | Money reaches the confirmed payment method |
Balance of £30 after wagering | No timing applies | Under the £40 minimum, so no request yet |

Reaching support from the phone
Live chat, e-mail and phone run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Chat usually gives a first reply inside five minutes, e-mail in about four hours, and the phone line on +44 20 9312 0964 after a wait of around three minutes on GMT. Chat and e-mail work in English, German, Finnish and Norwegian, while the phone runs in English. Documents and identity checks have their own address, as do deposits and cash-outs, so naming the topic in your first message saves a hand-over. We suggest having your registered e-mail address ready before you write.
